And the truth is that from our Android mobile, as from other devices, we have enough options to make it easy and free.
We are going to show you some of the ways you have to recover that blurry photo and make it sharper. First we will do it with different apps for our PC with Windows 10, and then we will pass before some web app as in our Android mobile. We are going to do it to fix those pictures.
The best programs on your PC to fix blurry photos

Uno of the best editing programs we have for our computer with Windows 10 and that allows us to access certain interesting features that Adobe Photoshop has, although this program is paid. It is true that Paint has all the basic editing options that we need, so follow these steps.
- Firstly we have to download Paint.net:

- We install it after downloading it
- We drag the blurred image from the folder to open it in Paint
- Click on Effects
- Now play find the Sharp effect and that will allow us to focus the image

- We give OK and the effect is applied
- We check if we want it to be like this. We can try again and then pull Control + Z to go back in the step taken and leave it as we are

Adobe Photoshop
Is the faster and better quality solutionAlthough I said, we have to have one of the versions purchased or pay for the Creative Cloud subscription to be able to have Photoshop. If so, these are the steps:
- We open the image in Photoshop
- We are going to filter
- From Filter we seek Focus
- We give Focus more
- We look at how the image looks and if it has recovered some sharpness
- If not, we will give you again. This time try Control + Alt + F to repeat the same filter
- We review, and if it's okay, we save
- Ready, we have fixed that blurry and unfocused photo
Use a web app to fix those blurry or out-of-focus photos
With these three programs we have the ability from our computer to improve and fix those blurred photos in a fairly simple way. But of course, we also have the option to do it from a web app that it serves us for the same purposes.

How to fix that blurry photo with our Android mobile

Snapseed

Adobe Photoshop Express
Another great adobe app And that we have on our Android mobile for free, although it will ask us to log in with our Google or Facebook account; we can also pull our Adobe account if we want.
This app has a lot of effects and filters to retouch the photos and make them much better than they were. But we focused on sharpening them to fix those blurry and out-of-focus photos. We do it this way.
- We install Adobe Photoshop Expresss from the Play Store:
- We start session with our Google, Facebook or Adobe credentials
- We upload an image to retouch it
- Down in the interface we have the toolbar
- We are just interested in tool next to cutouts and that can be easily identified
- Precisely in Corrections we have the second option or filter called Sharpen
- We press it and we now have the slider to retouch the image as much as we want
