WhatsApp and its problems when downloading or updating

The first thing you should do is delete your Google account in the Settings from your phone. To do this we must click on the section Cloud and Accounts - Accounts - Google. Later we will have to select the Google account and click on More options > Delete account> DELETE ACCOUNT. The next step is to restart your phone, turn it off, wait thirty seconds, and turn it on.
Now we must add your Google account again in the Settings from your phone. Accede to Cloud and accounts > Add Account > Google. and log in with your Google account.
It is recommended to clear the cache and data of Google Play Store in the Settings from your phone. For this we must access Applications attempting Google Play Store and in Storage proceed to clear cache. Not forgetting to also delete the data from Google Play Store in DELETE DATA and click on ACCEPT.
Try to download WhatsApp again, and proceed with the installation as normal.

If you have verified that you have enough space on your terminal to download it, try to do it from the Whatsap website: https://www.whatsapp.com/ from your phone's browser you must download the APK file that you will find, look for the option to DOWNLOAD NOW. Once the download is done, open the APK file to start the installation, by the way it is important that you have Unknown sources activated in the phone Settings, go to Lock and security and there activate Unknown Origins.

- You must clear the cache data in Settings > Device maintenance> Storage> RELEASE NOW.
- You can also move data and apps to SD card.
- Think if you should delete data and applications that you no longer use, and you can delete without problems.
- Check the hidden WhatsApp folders that it generates, and they fill up with data over time and their use (you can only access these folders with a file manager, easy to get in the Play Store or maybe your phone includes natively, and thus you will not have the need to download any new application):
- The images folder is at: / WhatsApp / Media / WhatsApp Images / Sent.
- The videos folder is at: / WhatsApp / Media / WhatsApp Video / Sent.

It is recommended to have at least 1 GB of free space to install or update applications.

How to access WhatsApp Web
Open https://web.whatsapp.com in any of the Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Edge browsers and scan the QR code from the WhatsApp application on your mobile phone. Due to some browser limitations, you may not have access to all features.
